Q. What does it cost?

A. We recognize that the startup business does not have the cash to pay for consultants to help you put together a business plan.  Our plan to be compensated is to:

  1. No money (except for maybe a few from us to you to buy in) up front.
  2. Stock, in the form of initial small % and an initial team position to see the business through its initial investment round.
  3. Stock liquidation after the round is completed to compensate for the efforts.
